They are now asking that Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn Walker’s ruling which struck down Propostion 8 be over-turned because he was in a same sex relationship and stood to benefit from his own ruling.

You downloaded thousands of child porn images at 11:30 last night.” - FBI Agents who stormed a home in Buffalo, NY arresting and accusing a man of trafficking in Child porn only to find out latter that the man was innocent. The man’s WiFi was unsecured and someone else used it to download the illegal porn.
