Pursuing his call of ministry, Russ attended Bartlesville Wesleyan College and graduated in 1986 with the Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral/Theological Studies. He then completed and received the Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary in 1990. Pursuing PH.D. at Prudue University.
Russ is currently serving as Executive director of Education and Clergy Development. Russ and Cindy live their daughters Krista & Kayla in Marion, IN.
