Ken Schenck – Quadrilateral Thoughts

Ken Schenck is Dean and Professor of New Testament at Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University. He has taught at Indiana Wesleyan for over 15 years and is an ordained minister in The Wesleyan Church. He received his doctorate in New Testament from the University of Durham, England, and has other degrees from Asbury Theological Seminary, the University of Kentucky, and Southern Wesleyan University. He is the recipient of two Fulbright awards and is the author of over 15 books, including Paul: Soldier of Peace, Jesus is Lord: An Introduction to the New Testament, Making Sense of God’s Word, and Jesus: The Mission. He is married to Angela and has four children: Stefanie, Stacy, Thomas, and Sophia.

Either Discovery desperately wanted to hear from One Million Moms or the network’s writers and producers have run out of ideas for new programs. Discovery should be ashamed to air nudity and then call it entertainment. In fact, having the cast be naked is the basis for 50 percent of the show.

Spokesperson for One Million Moms calling on people to write letters of protest to the Discovery Channel’s new program Naked and Afraid, a program where cast members who are completely uncovered are dropped in the jungle with no food and no clothes.
